We are so delighted that you have chosen to visit this page.
You will find the podcast here, where we discuss Android, iOS, and any other technology product or service from a blindness perspective.
The Blind Tech Guys are three blind podcasters who make it their mission to bring you this content. Blind Tech Guys is published weekly, with occasional bonus midweek episodes.
We are aware that it can be difficult to find technology resources from a blindness perspective. While there are other podcasts out there, we believe that the landscape is fragmented, and our strengths lie in providing you with tech content and commentary that is useful and easy to understand. We know you can go elsewhere for your content consumption, but we are positive that you will find what you are looking for, and we are glad that you have chosen to stop by.
We also wish to unite app and product developers with end users. We make it our mission to bring you the latest news, app reviews, tips, and much more, all under one virtual cyber roof.
If you are a device manufacturer looking for a device review from a blindness perspective, or you are an app developer looking for three podcasters to review your app, provide information to listeners about an update or a sale, or are looking to engage with a growing community of over 2,500 blind and vision impaired users on all platforms from all over the globe who consume our content monthly, please reach out to us by providing your contact details at the bottom of this page, and we would be delighted to have you on the podcast.
We also encourage you to consider signing up to our mailing list in order to engage directly with our community! Simply send a blank email to email@example.com, or visit the Google Group subscription page.
Finally, please listen, check out the news articles in the show notes, and if you like what you find, we would be grateful if you would consider sharing this podcast with anyone you believe would find value from the content, and posting reviews whenever possible, on the platform of your choice.
We thank you for stopping by, and we hope that you enjoy Blind Tech Guys.
Nimer Jaber, Marco Curralejo, Kirt Manwaring - The Blind Tech Guys!
On this mid-week bonus episode of the pod, we sat down and talked about the soon to be released TalkBack 9.1 and Nimer runs us through what's new in this latest update.
On this episode of the pod, we sat down and compared NVDA, Jaws For Windows and Windows Narrator and demonstrated their strengths and their weaknesses and debated what we liked and disliked about each one.
